RYE COFFEE

Bulleit is a relatively new distillery, starting in the 1980s by Thomas E. Bulleit Jr. who was inspired by his great-great-grandfather who made high-rye whiskey in the mid 1800s. Bulleit is made with 95% rye and 5% malted barley, with no corn in the mash. The high rye content gives it a bold, spicy character, and the American oak barrels used for aging lends a smoky backbone.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

5.0 fl. oz. - Strong Brewed Coffee

0.5 fl. oz. - Bulleit Rye

1.0 fl. oz. - Condensed Milk

0.25 fl. oz. - Crème de Cacao
